Abstract

Banks all over the world are revamping their business strategies towards various new opportunities offered by digital banking. Digital banking has enabled banks to create favorable circumstances, change their strategic behavior and bring new possibilities to increase profits. Electronic/digital banking services, whether delivered through online system or through Other channels have spread quickly in recent years. The main aim of this research paper is to study pre and post impact of digital banking on bank’s profitability. For this we will be using secondary data from reliable sources regarding pre and post digital banking period. We will be analyzing and interpreting data with panel regression. This study will help banks for decision making regarding usage and elaboration of digital banking for improvising on the profitability.

विद्वानों ने साहित्य में सत्यम्ए शिवम्ए सुन्दरम् की अनिवार्यता को मुक्त कंठ से स्वीकार किया है।इस सत्यम्ए शिवम्ए सुन्दरम् के लिऐ आज श्आदर्शश् और श्यथार्थश्शब्दों का प्रचलन हो गया है।जीवन की किसी भी परिस्थिति एघटनाए वस्तु ए पहलू एया समस्या का ज्यों का त्यों वर्णन करना ही यथार्थ कहलाता है। लेखक जीवन को जिस रूप में देखता या अनुभवए उसी को अक्षरशःसत्य रूप में वर्णन कर देना यथार्थवाद की रूपरेखा है।यथार्थवादी कलाकर जीवन को उसके वास्तविक रूप में ग्रहण करके उसका यथा तथ्य वर्णन करता है। यथार्थवादी कलाकार पूर्णतः तटस्थ होकर जीवन की गतिविधियों को देखता है और उन्हें बिना किसी राग . विराग का आरोप किए हुए चित्रित कर देता है।यथार्थवाद के ठीक विपरीत आदर्शवाद होता है जिसमे वस्तु को यथार्थ रूप मे न रखकर लेखक अपने संस्कार के आधार पर मानव मात्र के लिए हितकर नीतियुक्त और कल्याणकारी समझकर अपनाने के उद्देश्य से सामने रखा।

This topic ‘A study to understand how employee satisfaction leads to retention in Tata Group’ states that there is a vital role in satisfying the employees in any organization. Satisfaction of the job is very much essential for any employee working at any organization. All the other factors are affected and are based on the employee’s performance towards its organization. Employee’s perception needs to be taken care and also, they must be given equal opportunities to be more creative and innovative in their work. By acknowledging the employee’s skills and abilities it impacts on the performances and are motivated towards the work. Based on the employee’s key result area and key performance indicators various trainings must be provided to enhance their skills and use effectively in the organization. They must also be provided various trainings and benefits which interests the employees and helps in their career development. This also increases employee loyalty towards the work and the organization so there is high retention in the organization. Employees can give the best and will tend to stay in the organization as long as possible. Human resource is the core asset of any organization and its training and development will mutually benefits to organization and individual to achieve its mutual goals. So every modern management has to develop the organization through human resource development. Employee training and development is important sub-system of human resource development. Employee training and development is important function for human resource management. The objective of this research paper is to study the theoretical aspects of training and development process as well as to understand the practical aspects with the help of case study on training process within McDonalds and KFC. The McDonalds and KFC both are the leading organizations in the fast food segment. The process of training and Development at McDonalds and KFC has been studied in the report. Food segment is one of the growing segments in India. Technology keeps on changing and therefore the investment in training and the training methods is expected to increase and change at a very rapid rate in this segment to meet the international standards. Considering all these factors, it was interesting to understand how the leading companies in the fast food segment views training and how they design their training programs. After studying the training and development process of KFC and McDonalds, analysis is made on the basis of certain parameters as to which company’s training and development practices is better than the other on those same parameters. Also a few recommendations have been made for the other to become competitive like the first one.

The scientific study of religion has thus far overlooked the study of beliefs and practices that are cantered on the notion of karma and its impact on Hinduism especially Jainism and Buddhism and its ethical causation across one or different lifetimes. Here, we outline a set of pertinent questions about karmic beliefs and practices ripe for research, namely (1) their cultural distribution around the world, (2) their structure and content, and (3) their psychological and cultural antecedents and consequence .The meaning of the term karma has undergone a curious evolution. The word is Sanskrit and means act, action, and deed. The theory or idea, which the term was originally used to refer to, is that conscious beings typically humans determine their own destinies through the quality of their acts: man is master of his fate. In popular use, however, the term has acquired a fatalistic ring, so that if one sighs, it’s my karma, the implication is that one is the helpless victim of destiny.

Agriculture still remains the main source of sustenance of livelihood of many people and there is potential for substantial upgradation in socio-economic status of farmers as transition in agriculture is accompanied by globalization of market, adoption of new technology and expansion of government policies designed to support agriculture. Despite of all these developmental factors that could potentially add on to agricultural growth, farmers are not able to get expected result due to various marketing constraints. These marketing constraints are observed in terms of factors determining choice of market channels by the farmers to sell their produce. These factors may be categorized as institutional, technical and personal. Present study focuses on a review of recent literature that covers influencing choice of market channels by agricultural farmers.

Abstract

Bank is one of the biggest financial institutions which regularly explore use and benefits of technology provided to customers through number of products and services. The technology is changing rapidly day by day, which is also promoting the bank and financial institutions to explore technology to offer services to the customer. The paper deals with the post-graduation student’s perception and awareness towards banking products and services with special reference to Pune city. The research study is conducted through primary data collection. Out of 125 total respondents, Majority (i.e. 50.4% ) of the sample respondents have mentioned that they hold their account in public sector banks and other 40.8% people hold accounts in private banks. 51% people go to bank for cash deposit and 36% people use ATM services for banking services. According to study, researcher concludes that most of PG students are aware of all banking services in Pune city. The banks should further take necessary steps to create awareness within PG students for banks offerings and services and how technology can help them to utilize these banking services.
